Premier Dining Experience info wanted? - gold plated dessert eagles
I know that the hotel has 4 stars and 5 stars, and wondered what taking the highest rating (5 stars, I) would be for restaurants. What requirements are there for this type of restaurant. I think of a valet service, seven courses, items such as Kobe beef, waiters in tails and white gloves, gold-plated silver, porcelain, a counter for each of the products (meat, fish, desserts, salads, etc.) and an expert for fine wines.
