Painting an old ceiling metallic black? - black ceiling

I am) finishing my basement, good price (test pub-style. Right Now there are ugly old tile roof was torn in several places, but largely intact. A friend told me about a painting (which can be bought at Home Depot), which can be sprayed on the ceiling tiles in all black, and give a metallic finish, syringes and through various channels and pipes, a degree of isolation. Does anyone know this picture, and where can I find? Or is it someone with a better idea (not suspended ceilings, please)? Thank you!
